History and Development
For over 20 years, I have had the privilege of working as a physical therapist with amazing clients, across the age spectrum of pediatric to senior populations. I thoroughly enjoy working with clients one-on-one, and helping them improve their lives and mobility.
Throughout my life I have also personally experienced the value of regular physical movement, strengthening and wellness through healthy daily life choices.
I see the great need in society for individuals to receive education and coaching about positive changes for their daily lives that can reap huge benefits in their overall wellness, and thereby promote health.
So many times, over the years, while working with a client, I would wish that I could have helped them, years earlier, to prevent their deterioration in function. I know that, often, simple strategies to improve core strength, overall movement and basic care for one’s body can promote wellness and continued independence throughout one’s life span.
As a result of these experiences, I have developed a passion to help people make better choices that will help them reach their goals in life by:
-Helping my clients get their “life” back in their lives.
-Coaching my clients to take charge of their wellness through healthy and doable choices to make it a part of their lives.
–Giving my clients the best value for their time and resources. Accomplishing more in fewer visits.
I realize that in today’s society, time is one’s most precious commodity. I’d rather help my clients maximize time with their families, over sending them to a gym.
Therefore, I have created strategies that include little to no equipment, and can be easily incorporated into one’s normal routine and lifestyle.
These strategies will yield better follow-through, more lasting results, and will save each client time and money.
